As I sat back and watched this movie, I was astonished as to how realistic it was. They show how life was in the ‘Great Depression’. …showed last 75 words of 1758 total…went from good when they had their farm, to bad when they were kicked off their farm, to worse by loosing Grandpa and Grandma on their trip, and Tom leaving the family, back to almost good by being strong enough to live through it and continue on with a good frame of mind. I really enjoyed this movie. It makes you think how it can be so good for some and so bad for others.
