Spasms of pain shot through Lances leg as he dodged through the field of boulders. Suddenly a boulder shattered beside him. Slivers of rocks rained down on top of Lance. …showed last 75 words of 379 total…Lance. Lance sidestepped to his left and cursed at him self for at least trying to get away. Then before he had time to turn around, the beast pounced onto him. It snapped at Lance, it's hot breath blew on Lances face it's claws dug into his flesh, the weight was crushing the air out of Lance, Lance had only one way to get out of this problem and it wasn't going to be easy.
