…showed last 75 words of 1723 total…the lodge sued, they should not receive any assistance form the government the 14th amendment does not say that the government can support discrimination that different clubs and / or groups created. The 1st amendment does provide the right of privacy, but it does not support group (club) discrimination. One competing interest that is involved is the wellness of society, and the government must protect its people, and the lodge should not be free to discriminate.
