all aspects of government and society are pleasant and prosperous. Perfection isn’t a realistic possibility. Overall it seems as though many good things did come from this decade and to suggest the 80’s should be remembered entirely as a period of greed corruption and decline for the United States seems to be an unfair assessment that ignores all the good things that occurred within our nation and worldwide because of our nation.
