I think employees shouldn’t be fired for the habits they hold but if fired it should be for things they do that affect the life, health, and safety of the men and women at the job place. If the person is content about being the best employer and is keeping his or herself sober and able to perform, let he or she be themselves. Unless it starts to endanger others.
