Therapists come in many methods, approaches, and followings. How one feels about self, others, and humanity in general will greatly affect the type of therapy that will have an affect upon him/her and how satisfying the therapy program will be. Although most people would say that any therapy is better than none, for my money, I’ll put my money into a Rogerian.
