The second is connected to the creation of the book, which was written, as it stands in the dedication, " for particular audience and (I may say) in rivalry with a particular author - Mr. Alfred R. Phillips ". Well one can say that books come to being in different ways.
I really enjoyed the book and it is worth reading, when you have time and want to relax.
