The only way to truly solve this problem is to not pressure your children to become something they don't want to become, and to try and not spoil them as they are growing up. One of the main reasons young adults return home is because they are use to a more lavish lifestyle and when they can not achieve that on their own they come home so that they can continue their comfortable lifestyle.
