Each of these studies show promising effects of phytoestrogens on menopause and some chronic degenerative diseases. Studies are completed on both humans and animal models. Yet there is still some data that would prove phytoestrogens are non-beneficial to the diet and may even promote certain diseases. More research is definitely needed to clear up the confusion. Phytoestrogens seem to be the new natural approach to medicine and preventative health.
