The manufacturers and the Environmental Protection Agency should find out what the long term impacts to the environment will be before they use a product. It is ludicrous that the legislature would allow such stupidity as to allow our environment to be polluted. MTBE should be banned from use. When a substance is found to pollute and cause cancer it should be immediately stopped being used.
