If the parents of these students can trust their children, now young adults, and believe they are responsible and mature enough to decide what’s best for them, let them. If those parents don’t believe their children are responsible enough to make it to and from school when necessary any better than the administration can, then you can send them to a juvenile detention center or study hall.
