Instead the approach should focus on and celebrate the differences of students' abilities both physically and mentally. And use these differences as an asset rather than a liability. Inclusion can work as long as everyone is kept involved. When faced with adversity students can just as easily excel as fail depending on how the problem is presented and the encouragement they receive.
