After reviewing the periodicals, realizing lone-parent families are a rising trend in Canada, and concluding that these families are at a greater risk of SES immobility, we must find the answer to raising our children in a manner best for them. To do this we need to discover what factors of lone-parenting can harm our children and how can we lessen the effects of living in lone-parent families.
