Bush has developed many prescription plans of their years as well, however it seems impossible to please everyone. Many of the plans that satisfy governmental needs are not delighting the consumers or the pharmaceutical companies. It appears that no matter what is done involving drug regulation and prescription drug plans, that there will always be an organization ready to oppose it.
