Conversation in Hamlet
The characters of Horatio, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern from Shakespeare’s Hamlet are distinctly diverse. These characters are on opposite ends and differ from each other greatly. To understand how they are so different, the reader will have to examine these characters’ relationship with Hamlet, their motives and what supporting characters think of them.
Horatio is Hamlet’s friend and confidant. This is made apparent when Hamlet addresses Horatio by saying, “Sir, my good friend…” (1,2,163-165). An
