Money, possessions, and fame are not everything. Too much emphasis on material items in one form or another does not lead to happiness, but destruction. The moral, to sum up the two themes, the pursuit of "stuff" through possessions or notoriety is like riding a bus or a rocking horse. It gets you nowhere.
