last 39 years, Star Trek has managed to capture the fundamental nature of humanity, and project it in both fascinating and horrific ways. And although I feel Deep Space Nine clearly deserves the title of the greatest of the Star Trek series ever, any one person can sit down and form a valid opinion of their own, based on the wealth of material inherent in the series as a whole. Yup, it’s just that good.
