However, the creation of such a work, and its presentation, seems to be quite challenging, and perhaps that is why Strindberg eventually left Naturalism to "experiment" in other genres. Or, perhaps, he was a natural idea man, and once he had presented his idea regarding Naturalism, he was ready to move on to his next.
