I think it is often forgotten that affirmative action is supposed to be a supplement to getting a job for the minority or woman. But a thought is that if it’s for minorities that in some cases does include the ever majority, white male, for example at a HBCU. The white male would be the minority in a situation like that, so he too should be considered when thinking of including the mnioirty.
